Dr. Charles Duffy MD, (EM)  

Dr. Charles Duffy, MD (EM), is a distinguished Island Physician with over 30 years of expertise in Family and Emergency Medicine. He is committed to ensuring that his patients are well-informed and satisfied with their treatments. To achieve this, he offers a follow-up appointment two weeks after the initial treatment to recheck and ensure optimal outcomes.

Dr. Duffy excels in creating natural-looking results, believing that the best treatments subtly enhance a patient's inherent features. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his membership with the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM) and his regular attendance at the annual CAAM conference to stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic techniques.

He honed his skills in medical aesthetics under the tutelage of Dr. Martin, MD, and further advanced his training with Dr. Van Aardt, MD. Dr. Duffy's blend of extensive experience and continuous learning ensures that his patients receive the highest quality care.

Linda Burke-Duffy, Clinical Aesthetician

Linda Burke-Duffy is the owner and founder of Elle Medi Spa. She received her aesthetician certification in British Columbia and has over 15 years of experience in the field. Linda has always aspired to work in a clinical setting and brings that vision to life at Elle Medi Spa.

 

As the Office Manager, she assists with the day-to-day operations of the spa and enjoys greeting clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.

 

Her dedication to excellence and passion for skincare make Elle Medi Spa a trusted destination for beauty and wellness.

Victoria Duffy, M.OMSc

Victoria Duffy is a graduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where she completed her Master's of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc).  Here, she thoroughly studied anatomy, physiology, joint mechanics, mechanical principles, as well as osteopathic theory. 

Victoria is a member and in good standing with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). She is also the OSTCAN provincial representative for PEI. 

Victoria is dedicated to providing her patients with thorough osteopathic assessment and customized treatment with a strong knowledge of anatomy and collective mechanics. Her passion for health and wellness has been a life long interest and she is excited to show her patient's the benefits that osteopathy can provide.

Outside of the clinic, Victoria can be found walking her dogs, trying to make baking recipes "healthy", going to pilates and travelling!

Kirsty Shepard, Clinical Aesthetician

As a Clinical Aesthetician, Kirsty brings a profound passion for skincare and a commitment to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Specializing in advanced treatments, Kirsty is proficient in utilizing the Bioline Primaluce Peel system and the Bela MD Healthy Skin Platform to unveil your skin's natural radiance. Additionally, she offers expertise in the innovative Potenza RF Microneedling procedure, known for its transformative effects on skin texture and tone.

Kirsty's holistic approach to skincare emphasizes personalized care and continuous education, ensuring that each client receives tailored treatments and optimal results.

Cassie Andrews, RN - Nurse Injector

Cassie Andrews, RN, our skilled Nurse Injector, is an essential part of the Elle Medi Spa team. At Elle Medi Spa, Cassie Offers a weekday and Saturday Botox clinic and a Blood Clinic. 

 

She graduated from Dalhousie University with a BScN and advanced her expertise with a specialization in critical care. After several years of ICU experience in Halifax, Cassie relocated to Charlottetown.

 

Over the past four years, she has worked in the ICU here and completed travel nursing contracts in Nova Scotia and the Northwest Territories.  Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her husband, dog, and two cats. 

Lisa Blakney, RN

Lisa began her nursing career in 1994 after graduating from Georgian College and then went on to complete her Bachelor of Nursing at University of Manitoba while a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and raising a family.

​

After retiring from the military, she joined the Department of National Defence and took on the role of  Case Management Team Leader for the Prairie Region based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This involved managing and facilitating military members leaving service with complex medical requirements, to ensure effective long term care was properly established prior to release.

 

Lisa then moved back to the east coast and joined the team at Veteran Affairs Canada as a Nurse Disability Adjudicator for a short period before taking on the role of Nurse Disability Consultant.

 

When not at work, Lisa loves travelling internationally with her husband, spending time with family and spoiling their Golden Doodle, Millie.
